GO Mo 2011

Also this year the prelude of events in the scale modeling scene was in vienna (austria) The location at the HGM (Museum of Military History) in vienna was a good place for this exhebition. So the visitors found very good models and much of originals, so the time is running out.

To the event himself, here we can speak of a good progress. This year there where more clubs with there models there and the dealers shows good products to a good price. In the competion was much very good models in a high quality. Sadly I must say there was not so much like the year before, but the high quality recover the visitors.

For the good organistaion we can only congratulate the IPMS Austria and the HGM, so we can speak of a nearly perfect event. Why only nearly? Because more models in the competion will be better and the weather was not on side of the promoter. At this weckend we have the first fine weather conditions at this year so that not so much visitors will come like the last year.

For me very positiv and a persoanlly highlight was the visit of Sven Frisch by this event. He is a great modeler and a nice guy, with him I can take some small talks about modeling themes. Thank you for this great time Sven, it was funny.

We from the Modellbaurunde was present with a club place and so we make a good show for the visitors. Also the contacts to other clubs we can positiv support.

Finaly I want to say thank you to all members of the Modellbaurunde where support us on this event and by the promoter for this good event. You make a good basic so the Go Modelling will be a fixed term in the event calender next year. Possible that we are next year in a new formation there because the Modellbaurunde never exist more in the same constalation, let us see more next year.
