Hallo modellers,
during the Viennese-Modelling-Fair I have bought an old Bandai-Kit
of a Panzer IV at a flea-market, that was prebuild by an unknown, but
not coloured. The building-niveau was more than poor..... For the
exhibition-period I used them a an object for
airbrush-demonstration.
After the exhibition my ambition was going on - I wants to test, what I was able to do, to become a better modell …..
That the kit was build the wrong way round, was not really a problem.
The final result should be credible modell - correct as soon as pooible ....
As redesign actions was intend - under help of the Members of Modellbauforen.de:
- Cut the chains on correct length ....
- back-details new ....
- all accessories new ....
- new scratch-build fenders ...
- new springs for the fenders ....
- correct the exhaust .....
- correct turret and gun....
- correct drive assembly and mechnism ....
- Anschlgsblöcke für die
Rollenwagen
- new turret mantlets .....
- new paintings ...
- 3 figures in typical clothing for the Italia-1943-theater
- new base
All this redisigns should made only scratch.
From
end of Oktober 2009 till end of Jannuary 2010 this project was going on
– a lot of work for only € 10,- (the price of the
flea-market-model) ……
