Historical in memoriam:

Between 1938 and 1945 in the KZ Mauthausen - inkluding all 49 Sub-Camps - more than 120.000 people was murdered .......

The Scene:

At 15th May 1945 the Concentration Camp (Konzentrations-Lager) Mauthausen was liberated by a Tank-Observation-Group of the US-Army........

My small diorama wants to show,  how american soldiers try  to digest their first view into the barbarian face of an umhumanity regime without any dignity of man or human rights .....

I have build this diorama from figures of the 1:48 Tamiya GI-serie,  the landscape is scratch or  was found in forrest or meadow.
