As a well-known association we have good connections to over modellers and so we are able to welcome some of the great modellers sometimes.

In this case we was proudly welcome Attila Baranyai to a workshop for painting figures using Vallejo acrylics.

During this workshop only Vallejo acrylics was used and it was more than interessant, to see the great differences to using other colours. The most significant difference was the drying-period – with acrylics you are able to work faster step by step.

Primed with normaly white, for the rest of painting the face, only 3 colours was necessary. These was thinned differently and mixed for applying. Thinning was done with normally water – a very cheap way.

Some of us was very amazed about the way to paint – but all of us will tst in future. Because we have seen, that it works.
